Recommendations for use:
Take the drops before bed, pure or diluted in water. For optimum results, put them directly on the tongue and wait for a few seconds before swallowing.
Adults and children > 12 years: 5-15 drops daily at bedtime. Start with 5 drops and increase by 1 drop every day until you obtain a stable result.
Children 2-12 years: 3-8 drops daily at bedtime. Start with 3 drops and increase by 1 drop every day until you obtain a stable result.
