Recommendations for use:
Adults and children > 12 years: Take 5-15 drops daily, in the morning before breakfast, pure or diluted in water. For optimum results, put them directly on the tongue and wait for a few seconds before swallowing. Drink enough to support the elimination (tea, water, fruit juice).
