How It Works:

Kelp, commonly known as seaweed, is botanically classified as algae. It is a source of vitamins and minerals, including essential trace minerals, and especially high in iodine, which must be present for proper functioning of the thyroid gland and metabolism. Kelp is a traditional food still enjoyed today and is an important source of the mineral iodine, especially for maritime cultures.



Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains iodine (from kelp leaf & stem, Laminaria digitata and Ascophyllum nodosum) 787.5 mcg.

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Recommended Use:
